Water Aerobics @ Surburban Athletic Club

Water Aerobics classes being offered at Suburban Athletic Club. 

Come have a great time while exercising with our great group of participants and our enthusiastic and motivating instructors. 

$10 per class and a waiver must be filled out in order to participate. 

Classes are;
- Sundays at 8am
- Monday 8am and 6pm
- Tuesdays 8:45am
- Wednesdays 8am and 6pm
- Thursdays 8:45am
- Fridays 8am.
