Ladies! Six week get fit challenge! Whether your goal is to lose weight, inches, or build muscle; this program can kick start your fitness goals. The program includes your choice of several meal plans, and custom designed workouts three days per week, led by certified personal trainer including warm up, boxing drills, and HIIT strength training. Countless participants in this program have transformed their bodies and continued on a path to a healthier lifestyle in a supportive environment. The program relies on accountability using before-after photos, body composition measurements, and the buddy system. All fitness levels welcome, quitters...are not!
